We obtain this product by selecting ripe olives fallen from the trees at la Conca. Rich source of vitamin E, and with beneficial properties for our intestine, skin and bones, once dried and baked in the oven , our Baked Black Olives are delicious and extremely tasty. Typical of the colder seasons, they are ideal for tasty aperitifs and as an ingredient in renowned dishes of our Calabrian tradition such as cod, with homemade bread, focaccia, pizzas and numerous meat and fish recipes.
