Obtained with organic aubergines and vegetables grown at la Conca, the aubergine pickle is one of the best known recipes of the Calabrian tradition. It is perfect on croutons and snacks, as a filling for a sandwich, together with an appetizer or as a side dish. The taste of yellow, green and red peppers, the sweetness of our red Tropea’s onions and the fleshiness of the aubergine make this preserve a triumph of pickles: the taste of summer whenever you like!

Ingredients: mixed vegetables 80% (aubergines 60%, peppers, Tropea red onions), sunflower oil, garlic, salt, oregano.

Dosage and Instruction for use: Open the package from the top unscrewing the jar cap and removing the seal of warranty, then close it again to avoid losing the original fragrance and aroma of the product, Once opened, store preferably in the fridge and consume within 30 days.
