Contains hot chilli peppers that grow on the terraces of an ancient vineyard at la Conca. The draining soil and the fiery sun of the place make these chilli peppers particularly red and spicy. The Conca Sweet-chilli jam is obtained with chilli peppers without seeds, organic honey and a very small amount of sugar. It blends very well with fresh and mature cheese varieties, croutons and meat dishes.
